despite requirements I cannot see the XD App in CC

Hallo, 

 

I'm trying to install Adobe XD in my second old(er) Mac but I cannot see the App to download in Creative Cloud. I know that Creative Cloud don't show the Apps if the system doesn't have the requirements but my old iMac (late 2012) has them: 

- Operating system : Catalina macOS Catalina 10.15.7 

- Display (21,5 inches)

- RAM: 8 GB

 

Any Idea? I need help.

    We are sorry for the delay in response. I checked your account, and it looks like you have Individual Stock Subscription on this ID: ma.barbierato@gmail.com. If so, a Stock subscription doesn't give you access to the XD app. Please let me know if you are using any other ID.
