Developers Cannot Open My XD Files

Question

Two of my developers I'm working with on two separate website design projects cannot open my XD files. They are getting an ERROR message.

One developer was able to open them the first half of the project, thankfully. Then all of a sudden he could not open any new files I sent with updates.

Please advise. This is really bad timing with trying to get these sites live.

"invalid file format" is the message they receive when trying to open the file. (We are both on the latest version of XD).

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

The version of XD & OS on your system and clints.
Are you able to open those files on your end?
Will it be possible for you to share a file with us for testing? If yes, please add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link with me through DM.
