different (broken) output when exporting assets on Mac vs PC

I noted than there are differences between Mac export and PC export of assets in XD (same original file).

 

When exporting from PC - colors are broken.

When exporting from MAC - colors are OK.

 

How I can report this issue as critical BUG?
