I am trying to upload a prototype and I want to disable the hotspot hints, so that the user has no help to navigate in the experience rather than the design itself, in order to record his/her experience more accurately. It seems like I can't disable hotspots, even though I am unchecking the checkbox, then saving the document, then updating the link. I tried all the different combinations, but nothing seems to work. It is important to hide the hotspots, because it kind of ruins the whole experience by

Any ideas?

That's strange, could you share a URL where this is happening? Any URL shared with hotspot hints disabled should have ?hints=off at the end. If it doesn't appear then you can add it manually.

I have never tried this workflow myself, but what you are trying to do can be done readily with Adobe Captivate. Let me check with the team to see if there is any workaround solution for your case.

Have we had a solution for disabling Hotspot Hints feature yet? I'm trying to figure this out as well.
