Disconnected from Cloud Storage

After renewing my Adobe License I have no longer access to Cloud Storage.

I have tried several times to synchronize and always get the error on the screenshot.

    Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account info, and it looks like your subscription is expired. When have you renewed your Adobe License? Could you please share the Adobe ID with me over a private message from which you've renewed your subscription?
