Display problems forcing use of Xd app that doesn't have fonts?

This week we found out that all our previously browser-displayed fullscreen Xd prototypes on Android are now displaying padding left and right. With no change from us in our published links.

So, we looked online and there was no support for this problem, but there is an Xd app. So the mobility of everything becomes a donglefest as you bring the Xd project to your phone. But for sharing with clients, now we have to walk our less-savvy clients through this extra work so they can test it on their phones. And do they all need Id's for this Xd app on their phone too? 

And once we get the app downloaded, we discover that we have fonts missing. This is related the Xd app as we'd never seen such a message before. We liked the ease and straightforwardness of your application in the browser. Can you fix that display for us? Or is the plan to no longer support browser display of fullscreen?

I'm sorry, I don't have time to file a bunch of bug reports for you, so please manage this for us, the designers out there getting thrashed by this change.

Hi Don,

Sorry that you are experiencing issues with Adobe XD CC, Let me try to assist you with your queries one by one.

As you have mentioned that you now see margins/ padding on right and left ends when you publish prototype on Android device. Please take a look at this bug: - Uwanted margins on both sides of the prototype on Android browser – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs. In case this is what you are looking for I would request you to file a new bug for the same here: - Adobe XD: Bugs: Top (414 ideas) – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs and comment on that bug with the details.

For this error where it says fonts are missing, I would request you to check and vote for the bug: - "Missing Fonts" alert on XD android mobile app. – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs and see if the workaround works for you.

Atul, I suspect you are way better at filing bugs for Adobe, since you work there. Can you take care of this for us? We already lost enough time learning that you didn't have actual fixes for any of this stuff, so we don't have more time to sort and file bugs for your company on our dime thank you.
