Document Assets Color Add Limit

I was using XD and adding colors to the document assets and it stopped letting me add any more to it. Is there a hard limit on assets you can have and if there isn't why will it no longer let me add more colors?

As you can see from the image the plus button is greyed out and will no longer let me click it.
