Documents closing after 30 seconds "Something went wrong: error 49"

If open a new document it closes after 30 seconds: Something went wrong. (Error: 49).

I also can't save a local document: The file could not be saved. Please try saving again. (Error: 49).

I also can't save a cloud document: There was an error saving the file as ".....

In short I cannot use XD in any capcity local or cloud, saved or unsaved.
