Downloading XD with the ALL app subscription

I have the ALL app subscription but am still not seeing the XD app available for download. I have read that some people have said it shows up a day or two after, but that seems weird. I know they are phasing it out, but I am still supposed to be able to access it for now. Any ideas? I need this app.
