Drag and drop not working

Hi 

i am facing issue that i am unable to drag and drop images, how can i resolve this issue i am attaching specs of my PC.

      We are sorry to hear you are unable to drag and drop images into XD and thanks for trying the steps suggested in the post. Could you please share the version of XD installed in your machine? 

       

      • Please ensure there are no pending updates in your operating system.
      • Does that happen with every file or with this specific file? 
      • Is it possible for you to record a video and share with us?
      • Are you able to import images into XD?
