Drag and Drop the thumbnails from Adobe to the folders

The users are not able to drag and drop the thumbnails from adobe to the folders

 

It was working till december end .....but it has stoppped working now 

 

Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated .

    Oh, and is this folder on their desktop, or in the Creative Cloud app? Are they using Mac or PC?

    I'm not quite clear on what they are trying to do. When you say thumbnails, what are they? Are they graphics? Are they dragging from Adobe XD into a folder, or dragging from a folder into Adobe XD?

    2.In which platform Mac/ Win

    3. If possible please attach the screen recording of the issue
