Dropdown menu animation ghosting

Hi Caroline,

To avoid the dropdown elements briefly appearing in the hover state, you'll want to remove the background rectangle you placed in your New Flags group, and place it outside of the group. You'll then want to hide the entire New Flags group instead of the individual layers. You can use this screenshot below as a reference of how to edit your layers in the Hover state.
