Dynamic/ Auto-adjusting Layout?

Hi, I create a lot of content wireframes that are intended for a client to read through the layout of an educational course. In these, I lay content out like a wireframe, showing page layouts and also interactions. 

These can be really fiddly because if i delete an object or change a layout, it means readjusting for multiple other screens/ layouts. 

Does anyone know of any dynamic features, plug ins or tools that I could use to make layouts easier? At this point something like microsoft word or google sheets almost feels easier as it adjusts vertically at least when changes are made.
