Education Queensland issues with XD

I asked my tech guys to install Adobe XD for my students and was told that because it saves everything to the cloud they cannot install the software. (Ed QLD does not allow us to use anything where information is stored outside of Australia!) I am looking for information on this as I would like to be able to use XD to create prototypes. Is this info accurate, or is there a work around for it?

Only the Published Prototypes and Design Specs would be cloud-hosted, regular usage can remain local. So if you don't use those features, you should be ok. I would contact your Adobe Ed Rep who should be familiar with your specific data requirements.
