El adobe XD esta pegado

Holan intento ingresar a uno de mis documento en Adobe XD  y cuando lo selecciono se queda pegado en cargando, hay problemas con el adobe XD? ya desinstale e instale y aún persiste el problema ¿Qué puedo hacer?

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. If this is happening with a specific file, will it be possible for you to share the file with us? If yes, please add the file to a shared location and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
