email form to my XD web design

Question

I want to add an email form to my XD web design.  I have made the design.  I don't know how to make it function for someone to type in their name, subject and message to my form.  I have a send symbol, but I don't know how to make the type in forms to follow when I click the hyperlink send.  Just my own email comes up.  I want the form to follow. Thanks, Bill.

Hello Bill, since XD is a design tool, not a development one, the form you created cannot function directly in your design/prototype, you need it to be coded. There's a solution actually to convert XD designs to working coded interfaces/sites, I'm pasting from one of my previous answers:

"Hi, in order to a design to be used as a working website, it needs to be coded, there's a plugin I've never tried which can be seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1KU9eKO3eY maybe you want to try it first on a test domain and then try to change the existing WP theme/design to yours. I suggest consulting to a web/front end developer also. Hope this helps!"
