https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html

    Hi @fanny S. ,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

    1. Try connecting to a different internet network.
    2. Try splitting the file into two halves and then try to isolate the problematic page/asset.

If this doesn't help, please confirm the version of XD & OS, and could you also confirm if it's happening with a specific file or multiple files?

We're here to help, just need more information.

    Regards

    Rishabh

    Hello @Rishabh_Tiwari  ,

    Thank you for your response,

I am not currently in a position to switch my internet network in my compagny.

We're using the lastest version of XD.

Also, we're working from other countries with different internet networks and we have the same problem.

My files contain only one page with few of specs so I don't understant why it doesn't work. My file is very light.

My compagny have more than 14 Adobe licences and it's very damageable for our daily work, because we can't show our work to our clients, and the files aren't usable for our developers.

    Thank you for your help,

    Regards

    Fanny
