For the past week I have been trying to use the sharing/co-editing feature but am always presented with the following error.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you're unable to share the file. If it's happening for the past 1 week, I would just like to confirm if you've tried switching to a different network. Please also try the steps suggested in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html
If nothing works, please let us know if it's happening with a specific file or all the files. If with a specific file, could you please share the file with me over a PM or here so that we can check at our end? If yes, please upload the file to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me.
