Any updates? It's October now and it still won't load on the latest build of Windows. Mine is Build 1709.

    I wanted to confirm that you're getting an error 183 on installation, as the original discussion you posted to had that as an error. Unfortunately, it's a fairly generic error, so there are a bunch of different possible fixes for it.
