Error 191, tried many troubleshooting options.

Hi there, I've explored many of the solutions others have found for error 191, to no avail. I was with support for a few hours last night and they are contacting me back with a higher tier representative. I decided to reach out to the forums, maybe the folks here have new suggestions I could try.

Here's the error log:

    Thank you for reaching out. If you have tried the solutions for Error 191 provided here on the forum and in this article Error code 191 when installing XD on Windows​ I suggest that you continue working with the support team at Adobe.

    I do not have anything other than what is already mentioned in the doc to help you, but it is possible that the other experts here have insights that I don't. Stay tuned for responses.
