Error 2143
I'm having trouble opening a cloud document. This is on Windows, latest version of Adobe XD/CC is installed.
The document opens and immediately starts saving (without any changes), then displays the following:

It's a little ironic that an application devoted to user experience uses unhelpful error messages like "Something went wrong", then suggests a non-solution to whatever the problem was.
I cannot open a previous document, since I want to keep the current published links of this document: they are shared with the client and their own teams. Every time Adobe XD is updated, a new error crops up that requires the users to recreate all their links, artboards, etc. It's completely unsustainable when you have to work with demanding time constraints.
