Error 44:15 when trying to update the link in XD

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to update my XD link in order to share my design with my partners, but it´s been impossible. This error 44:15 appears:

I have already read the "more info" link and I´ve already tried the solutions that I found there, but the same error keeps appearing.

What can I do to solve this and update the link successfully?

Hi There,

 

Thanks for recahing out and sorry to hear you are facing trouble with shareable links.what version of Adobe XD are you using? and Is this Issue  happening with a specific file or multiple files? Also, I suggest you take a look at this thread: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html

Meanwhile, could you please try the steps below and let us know if this helps.

Troubleshoot steps:

  • Quit and restart XD. 
  • Uninstall XD and reinstall it.
  • Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud app, restart the machine and then sign back in.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for your that info. I tried every of those options and the problem keep appear. In some cases, it shows Error 44:118, in some other cases Error 44:68.

    Hi Luis,

     

    Sorry for the trouble in updating the link. We would like to know if the error message is appearing on this specific file only or on all files. Please also share the XD and the OS version of your machine.

     

    If you have other machine, could you please try opening the file on other machine and then try to update the link?
