Error 44:23 when create a preview link in XD

Hi XD Community,

 

Currently been experiencing more of this annoying Error which slow down our studio workflow just to figuring out what was wrong. Tried simplified masking, re-export JPGs, etc. but still happening.

 

Very unchill to have to export an offline PDF for preview instead of a cloud-link. XD please look into this ASAP.

      Sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to the suggestions shared by Ranjitha, could you also try creating the new link using the custom settings and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
