Error 44:76 & internet disconnected!!

Question

Hi there,

I'm getting these 2 messages everytime I try to create my preview link with my home iMac.

At the beginning I thought my file is too big but I try to trouble shoot it in a small file that within 5 Mb,

the problem still persist. When I try it in my office iMac, it works magic even the file is big.

Is this something to do with my home iMac setting?

P/S: I'm using 4G hotspot to trouble shoot the issue, I'm upposed it shouldn't be the internet issue. I'm using Version 44.1.12.5.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The latest version of XD is 45 so could you please update XD and let us know if it still happens. To update the app please follow the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
