Error 47 - Adobe XD

I have just crossed the deadline to deliver a files to a customer due to 'Error 47' where there are graphics which I have to update daily. I don't have access to them and this will probably be the last day I use XD in the cloud. This makes no sense with a paid subscription and even less with a not so cheap subscription. Thanks Adobe...

    Hi there,
    Have you tried to take a look at this thread? Error -"Sorry we can't open this document in Adobe XD" or Error 47 while opening the cloud document.

    Yes I tried nothing works. This is total crap.
