Error 49 while saving XD file as local or cloud.

Hi 

I tried to save my file as a local documents as well on the cloud and both time the error 49 appears saging could not save the file. 
i tried to make another document and save the artboards there but after trying to save the new doc, the error appears again. 
I tried changing the name, changing the place that the doc will be saved.. 

XD is becoming so unreliable. 
please help!!!
