ERROR 5403 - 'There was an error opening the file"

Hi, I have invited my friends to edit the same file. However, my friends could not open the file and it was shown, this:

 

Any solution for this? Thank you!

Hi @IMMANUEL27640226pxk3, sometimes creating a copy of the particular file and then doing the invitation o that file works and sometimes an uninstall-reinstall, if you haven't tried those. Maybe some other expert suggests some other way also. Hope this helps!
