Error can't open file

I can't open files on Adobe XD, when I open any file it automatically exits. What happened? Other applications such as PS and AI still work normally. I have submitted a bug report to Adobe but no response yet. What can I do in this situation?

    Hi, XD it's not that heavy, I suggest you install a previous version or delete and reinstall, it has worked for me and it's fast. Faster than looking for the possible error,
