Adobe Xd wont start, whenever I click to start a document with iphone whatever, it crashes and gives me this code.

I really need to be able to use Xd and I don't know how to fix this...

Just launched XD on my Mac with Mojave OS. I have the same error... cannot start anything.

Hello Everyone,

I seemed to have found the issue.  On my mac I went to preferences in my creative cloud prefences in the creative cloud app and changed the creative cloud sync folder. The problem was creative cloud auto selected the root folder of my user folder which I assume the app does not have access rights to write to directly. I went into my documents folder and created a new folder and selected that. Creative cloud will ask if you want to move your sync folder say yes, it may also ask you to resync, do that as well. Once I did all of this I was able to start XD and create a project without getting error 3622.  Hope this helps.

I was getting the same error. To fix it I started up "Adobe Creative Cloud" and updated Adobe XD.

I get the error code 3623 and I can't create a new document.

Oh, now it suddenly works. But maybe someone else has the same problem...
