Error code 69:-1 while creating a link to share in Adobe XD.

Hi guys. Yesterday I uploaded my Adobe XD and since then, when I try to create a link to share, all I get is an error 69:-1 (as in the image attached). I've already tried the TSL1.0, 1.1 & 1.2 solution, but it didn't work. My PC runs Windows 10 Home, my XD version is 23.1.32.2 and I have a Creative Cloud for teams license. (but none of my teammates have this problem). I'm accessing from Argentina.

I would appreciate any help.

We are sorry to hear you are facing trouble creating a link in Adobe XD. The issue has been fixed recently. Could you please check and confirm if you are still experiencing the same issue while creating a link in XD?

I keep having similar issue too just recently and it's urgent I do this, so I need a quick fix. Please help

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
  • Are you working on the enterprise netwok?
