Error code when sharing any XD project to behance or portfolio

I keep trying to use and show my XD projects in my portfolio or on behance but every time I try to upload a project, or link it, it keeps saying "there was a problem displaying this prototype". I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps and also tried uploading different projects to see if that was the problem. 

How can I fix it so I can use them?
