Hi there,

 

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble installing and updating XD. We would request you to please try the steps suggested in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/close-conflicting-processes.html#HowtocloseaconflictingprocessinWindows 

 

Please ensure whenever you update XD, the XD is closed and there are no processes running in the task manager otherwise it will create conflicts in updating or reinstalling.

я знаю как закрывать через диспетчер. Вы не читаете, да?

Какого хрена это я должен делать сам? Почему нельзя научить своё ПО автоматически закрывать свои же процессы?!
