Error: Couldn't install plugin, please try again. Error code -8

Hi,

 

Every time I try to install any plugin it gives error.

Already tried to reinstall XD & Creative Cloud, followed the tutorial to resolve permission, I have tried everything and I am using windows 10.

The error always persists. Any suggestion? x
