Error creando link público para mostrar diseño

Hola comunidad, tengo un problema. Desde hace 1 semana quiero crear link público de mi prototipo para revisión de diseño en Adobe XD y no es posible. Me aparece el siguiente texto: no estás conectada a internet y se queda en stand by al 50% pero tengo 100% de internet, no tengo problemas de red. ¿Qué es lo que sucede? ¿Cómo puedo arreglarlo? 

Igualmente se tarda muchísimo tiempo en guardar el prototipo en la nube...se queda procesando eternamente. ¿Qué me recomiendan?

We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues while using XD. We would like to know if you've tried connecting to any different internet connection. Does that happen with this specific file or all the files?

 

Please share the version of XD and the details of your operating system.

If you have a lot of assets being pushed up, it's going to take a while. If we try to skip steps, your developers will end up with poorer quality assets to use. One thing you might want to do is to check in your layers panel to make sure you really need all of the assets marked for batch export to be uploaded with your design spec.

Hola 

Tengo el mismo problema

Ya probamos en diferentes computadoras, diferentes conecciones a internet y sigue pasando.

Probé con otros proyectos que ya había compartido y ahora ya no puedo crear su link.

 

La versión de Adobe XD 52.1.12.2
