Error de sincronizacion

Hola! He intentado abrir un archivo que habia guardado en la nube, y me dice que no es posible abrir el archivo. En la ismgen del archivo me salta un signo de admiracion en rojo y tambien me dice "conflicto de sincronizacion". Ya cerre y abri sesion, cerre y volvi a abrir el programa, lo desinstale e instale nuevamente y sigue igual! Y necesito ese archivo con urgencia, alguien tuvo un problema similar y menpodra ayudar, gracias!!!!!

    Sorry for the delay in response. If it's a cloud file, please try to open the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and see if that helps. If that doesn't help, if possible try to open the file on another machine and see if that works.
