Error importing text file

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you have a problem while importing a .txt document. Have you checked the suggested document link in the error message to resolve the issue and tried the solutions there? Thinking what I'd also try, maybe trying to import the same file into another Adobe CC app like Photoshop etc could help if there's anything wrong with the file (also opening that file in default text editing app > copying the contents > and pasting it to a new empty text file > saving it and then importing that new file to XD can be tried, let's see if any other expert is going to suggest anything about this issue.
