Error initializing Creative Cloud libraries

Hey there,

my creative cloud libraries don't initialize in XD 50.0.12. The shared libraries are shown in my Creative Cloud but I don't see them in XD.

I tried all steps described here, but with no success: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html#adobe-xd

Any suggestions that might help?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share a few more details like:

 

  1. The version of OS.
  2. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  3. Have you tried re-installing the Adobe CC Desktop app?

thanks for your quick response.

1) OS is Windows 10

2) A attached the screenshot with the info page, but it is in German ;). It gives the info that is described in the Help Article here: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html#adobe-xd

3) Yes, I tried re-installing the whole CC applikation, incl. XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.

 

There is no proxy installed and all other ways that are described in the Help Center article didn't result in success, too.
