Error loading Adobe XD

Hello, when I try to download, it gives an error in accordance with the system requirements, although my computer fully complies with the requirements. I tried other browsers, this did not help. How to download all this?

Hi, have you tried to download and install Adobe XD directly from the Creative Cloud App? Also, could you share your computer's technical specifications with us?
