Error messages

Getting these messages is already a regular thing - part of the everyday work & experience with Xd.
After that comes a series of trials to open it again - after 3, 4, 5 times - the magic happens - Xd is actually opened and working which feels like a miracle in the moent is happens.
The students tell me -
"When Xd opens - dont breath, dont move your mouse, dont even blink! Just pray it opens!...."
Thats sad.
