Error: Something went wrong. Can't open the document.

If the system suddenly stops, the file gets corrupted and shows a message "Something went wrong. Can't open the document". This is happening a lot now. It is very difficult to download from assets and create, sharing links again and again.

    We are sorry to hear you're having trouble opening the cloud document pretty often in XD. 

    Could you please try to access the file from this location: Files | Adobe Creative Cloud?

     

    If yes, then possibly the file is not synched with Adobe XD the app, so please try the steps below:

    • Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.
    • Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    • Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe XD from there and check again.

    I have tried this option but still, the file is not syncing and showing the same error.

    Thanks for trying the steps suggested, @bushrak11726635. Could you please share the screenshot of the "About XD" info page from the "Menu"? Please also generate logs from the log collector tool and upload them to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a private message.

     

    If possible, please share the XD file as well so that I can check at my end.
