Error when opening Adobe XD

I can open all apps from Creative Cloud except Adobe Xd ... When I try to open XD I get this error (which I have attached as image). Who knows how I can solve this, because I urgently need XD for my graduation.

Yes my computer meets the specs for macOS ( I got macOS Big Sur Version 11.2)

restart your computer

reinstall xd
