Error while publishing-No connection. Check the internet connection and repeat the process.

Hi Community.
For some time now I have been getting this error message: "No connection. Check the internet connection and repeat the process".(In German: "Keine Verbindung. Überprüfen Sie die Internetverbindung und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang."
Seems like Adobe is not getting a sufficient internet connection. Has anyone had similar problem before and may be able to help?

Hello everybody,

 

i have exactly the same problems and tried everything zu fix the Problem but nothing helped.

i even did everything and succests on this page.

Would be very great to get a phone number. I feel a little bit lost with this problem

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting within XD. Could you please confirm if you're getting this error while creating or updating a link? Does that happen with all files or with a specific file?

 

Please try the below steps:-

 

Have you tried connecting to a different internet connection, and let us know if that works?

Please try signing out of XD/Creative Cloud Desktop app.

Quit all Adobe processes from the Activity monitor/TaskManager.

Restart the machine, sign back in, and launch XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

 

Let us know if that helps. We will try our best to help.

Hi Harshika,

 

thanks a lot for the fast Answer.

I have already tried a lot:

It happens in both steps: Creating a ne link and update link

- In different files

When me collegue opens the file and creates the link (he doesn't have the problem) and when i then open the

file again it works at my computer for one time, but after the first ceation of the link it shows the mistake again.

 

No I have deleted all Adobe processes, and than it worked for once. After that it happenend agein.
i try now to do that again an than follow the other steps and restart my mac.

Now the cloud shows me an update error.

it aseems, that the connection to the adobe cloud is inconsistend
