Error while updating components in XD

Hi,

 

I'm getting an error while updating my components. Even though the components are present in the library, this issue has occurred on one of the collaborator's sides and not mine. Even after republishing the same issue continues. I have attached a screenshot for the same.

Sorry for the delay in response. Could you please try the below steps?

 

  • You are logged in to Adobe Creative Cloud
  • The library wasn't deleted
  • You still have permission to use the Library
  • The library source document does not have any un-Published changes
  • That component still exists in the Library

Make sure that the collaborator is editing the main component and not the instance. If they don't know, tell them to right click on it, then edit main component. Perhaps that is causing the syncing issue.

Yes, they are updating the main component only. The issue lies while updating, the components and instances are not visible even after updating the library.

Hi @Mayank Uppal,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're having trouble importing components. Could you please try signing out of XD and Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine, and then launch XD from CCDA?

Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA 

 

Tried this but didn't work, the same issue persists everytime. Even tried removing the collaborator and then adding them back but the issue is still there. The components are also going back to a different state when my collborator updates it from there end. It's getting too difficult to work like this. 

 

Please have a look asap.

Thanks for trying the steps, @Mayank Uppal. Does that happen with a specific file? If yes, could you please share the file with me over a private message so that I can check at my end? Please also share the version of XD and the details of your operating system
