Existing Character styles cannot be updated after latest release

After latest Xd release when we are trying to make updates to character styles in the assets panel, changes show up in the popover but do not take effect. We need to delete character styles and add updated versions into the assets manually. Please fix this, we have templates setup and use this conventient feature often.
