Export issues with artboard

IDK why but everytime I tried to export an artboard(s) I get this message and I have to restart the XD everytime and export it. When I export again it shows this msg again. I dont see any issues in forum or anywhere here. I have installed and unnistalled several times but there is no change.

    The note tell that these 3 assets are read only. Can you check security permission for these assets in file properties?
