Hi @Grace26230601faco,

 

We are sorry for the delay in response. We would like to know if these are masked images and if you are on a Mac machine. If so, please check this uservoice page: Export to PDF: Problem with masked images in a shape – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs.

 

This seems to be a known bug with Apple Preview and not a problem with how we are generating PDFs. Please check to see if this opens successfully in Acrobat Reader.
