exporting issues to png in XD

Hi, it is impossible to export my photos to png.

I never had this issue before, I made the last update yesterday it seems to be the problem ?  The message I receive is "there was a problem with your export" but no explanation. But how can I do now, should I uninstall this version and reinstall the version before ? thanks for your help I feel nervous I have to give my work to my webmaster.

    We're so sorry for all the trouble. In addition to what Atul suggested, could you also try renaming the asset or exporting to a different location and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

    Hi there,

     

    Thank you for reaching out. Would you mind sharing the OS build that you are using at the moment? Please try to create a new document and check if you're able to export your photos to PNG. If this doesn't work, please create a new admin account (Mac/Win)and then try to export.
