Eye Dropper is not appearing and working in XD 30 version.

Question

Dear Adobe XD,
 
Just two days ago, I found out the Eye Dropper on my Adobe XD is not appearing or working.
When I clicked the Eye Dropper, it doesn't work as what it usually does.
I updated the Adobe XD to the latest version. I also tried to uninstall it and reinstall it back.
It still not working.

Hi Harshika,

I updated XD to the current version 30.2 but the Eye Dropper is still not working.

Is there any other solution to it?

Here are things I'd do to troubleshoot (in the order I'd try them):

Quit and restart XD.
Restart your Mac.
Uninstall XD and reinstall it.

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with the eye dropper tool in XD. We would like to know if you started experiencing this issue in tha latest version of XD or in previous version as well. If you're on windows machine, please check if you have the latest graphic card drivers. If yes, please try uninstalling graphic card drivers and reinstall it.
