Facing technical issues on shared XD documents

Due to a technical problem, I am unable to open a handful of my XD shared documents.
All of the team members that use those files are having the same problems.
I've provided a screenshot of the error message that appears on those files.

    Hi @shikha23631304qxx0 ,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you have the latest version of XD that is 51.0.12 and Creative Cloud Sync is 5.12.0.35? If that's not the version, please update the apps by following the steps shared here. If it's already up to date, please ask the owner of the document to try these steps:

     

    1. Sign out of XD & CC Desktop app.
    2. Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    3. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to open the file.

     

    If that doesn't help as well, please share a few more details like:

     

    1. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
    2. The version of the OS.
    3. Do you have a personal Adobe Account or an Enterprise account?
