Fastest way for many buttons

Hi,

When I create a component and try to repeat it with a grid, I can't edit the text in the hover or active state, because they are stuck with the text I wrote in the main component.

I can edit all the states if I just drag and drop it (or duplicate it). But in this case I have to go in three times and edit the text in each state (default, hover and active).

Since I'm building a configurator that has many options, I was wondering what would be the fastest way. I would basically need a button with text inside that goes bold when hovered or clicked, that allows me to edit just the default state, and not all three of them.

I have a feeling that it's a really dumb question and that I'm missing something basic, sorry if that's the case.
